“Tell me about yourself” is not your life story. In one minute: who you are professionally, what you can do, and why this role now.

“Why us?” needs a specific reason: a product, a team, a problem the company solves. A generic line about “values” is not enough.

“What is your weakness?”: pick a real point you are already working on, and say how. Do not flip it into fake humility (“I am too much of a perfectionist”).

“Where do you see yourself in five years?”: show a direction, not an org chart. What you want to learn matters more than a title.

“Do you have any questions?”: prepare two. Day-to-day on the team, the first 90 days, or how success is measured. “No, everything is clear” closes the conversation too soon.
